Welcome to Mulberry Wellbeing
We offer health support in individualised treatment for Children, Adults and Families via Osteopathya and Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy. We also run group sessions as Workshops and Activities, and provide professional support to therapists through mentoring, tutoring, and peer support groups. Our emphasis is on providing a professional and friendly space for people of all ages & stages of life.
The practice was established in 2010 and is now located in our leafy garden treatment room in the heart of Kings Langley. We have a studio space a short distance away, in the Chiltern Hills, which provides a beautiful base for our group work.
We are a small team providing caring and therapeutic environments to support you in personalised 1 to 1 treatments and in your wider health journey.
Emma and Chloe look forward to working with you.

“Our bespoke wellbeing practice offers a relaxing and quiet retreat where you can feel safe and cared for during your treatments. We work within a broader multidisciplinary healthcare network where we share knowledge and support good practice standards across different therapeutic fields. It is a therapeutic community which gives us a bright and uplifting vibe.”

Individualised Treatments & Group Work
Health is a constant dynamic throughout life, and has a strong relationship with how we feel, behave, make decisions and show up! There are times when a 1to1 treatment is necessary and times when working on a health skill is more effective in a group. Have a look at our options here and feel free to contact us if you would like help to decide which route is best for you.
Osteopathy
Osteopaths treat babies, the elderly and everyone in between. With the therapeutic aim of improving health & function, Osteopathy works with the body to encourage healing and repair. Our practitioners offer Structural and Cranial Osteopathy and can discuss these treatment options with you to establish which approach would be most suitable for you.

Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (BCST)
BCST is a subtle variance of Cranial Osteopathy which supports and balance and regulation of the central nervous system by attuning to movements of its Cerebrospinal fluid and connective tissues. This approach creates a deep sense of relaxation and conditions for healing.

Group Work
Something magic happens when we work together for a collective goal. Learning new skills to support your life can be easier when we are doing it with others. We run workshops and activitiessuch as Effective Journaling; Somatic Practices for your Life; Creative Retreats for self-reflection. Please check out our services pages to see what groups we currently have available.

The Practitioners
Emma & Chloe are excellent & experienced practitioners. They thrive on creating bespoke treatments for each person and thinking about their patients’ health beyond the treatment room. They are both proud to have an established list of clients who benefit from maintenance treatments as well as a high number of personal recommendations.
Our osteopaths are fully qualified and registered with the General Osteopathic Council (GOsC). The General Osteopathic Council recommends you check that your osteopath is registered with them. You can check this on the Register on this website. To find out more about our osteopaths, visit our team page.

What Our Clients Say
"After many months of back pain and discomfort, a friend recommended Chloe at Mulberry Osteopathy.
At my first appointment Chloe listened to me, did a full assessment and asked lots of questions. I felt completely relaxed and relieved to finally get some help and advice. Chloe is professional and has a very calming personality.
I’m delighted to say that after a few sessions I am pain free and feel I have learnt so much about my body, how it all works and more importantly how to take care of it. I now have regular appointments with Chloe, so together we can keep ahead of any issues with my back before it becomes a problem.
Thank you Chloe."

Frequently Asked Questions
Find answers to common questions about our services to help you feel informed, supported and confident in your care.
Examination and treatment requires visual assessment as well as palpation (a highly developed sense of touch), and as such it is often useful for you to move or remove a top or trousers.
You will never be asked to undress fully and you are welcome to wear comfortable loose fitting clothes which can be moved easily.
Most people who have Osteopathic treatment feel more comfortable afterwards, however occasionally treatment can cause a short term increase in pain or discomfort, which may last for 24-48 hours. If this occurs and you feel concerned, it is important that you speak to the practitioner to seek advice.
When this happens it is often helpful to rest or apply ice, but your osteopath will be best placed to advise you.
Osteopaths in the UK study a degree programme for 4-5 years, which includes anatomy, physiology, pathology, nutrition and biomechanics and supervised clinical training. Once qualified Osteopaths must be registered with the profession’s regulatory body, the General Osteopathic Council, and continue their professional development with monitored ongoing learning. They must also hold insurance and an enhanced DBS certificate.
There are some situations where a home visit is preferable. This option requires additional time and consideration and planning on behalf of the practitioner which may be reflected in an additional fee. If you would like to discuss this option, please phone to speak with the practice.
